Who we are looking for

Purpose

The Customer Service & Planning specialist will have the opportunity to join a dynamic organization and multicultural working environment with the patient at the heart of everything that we do. 
Reporting to the Head of Customer Service & Planning International Market Development Division,  you will operate in multiple geographies, to ensure partners’ products stock level is always appropriately and timely aligned with the planning, by monitoring and managing the orders, as well as the rolling demand & supply forecast plan.
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Order Management: From order receipt to delivery confirmation, you'll oversee the entire process to ensure on-time delivery of complete orders in line with expected outcome and Lead times
  • Manage Service claims swiftly and effectively to uphold our commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Credit collection as well as credit & debit notes management
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve common goals 
  • Facilitate regular Supply reviews with partners  to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Sales and Finance functions to monitor month-end closing, 3 months portfolio, forecasts and Planning processes 
  • Local inventory monitoring & demand and supply forecasting  
  • Prepare reporting and KPIs analysis
  • Support for Process Improvement: Contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in process enhancements, driving efficiency and excellence

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous, demonstrating your ability to excel in Customer service & Planning environments
 

Education

Preferably Degree in Management Engineering or Degree in Economy with a particular interest in the planning and logistics areas. Other degrees will be considered.

Languages

Fluent English language. Additional languages will be considered a plus.

Skills Required

  • Microsoft Office, SAP (having already worked with SAP is an advantage)
  • Advanced Excel skills combined with good analytical skills
  • Problem solving, proactivity and attitude to “make things happen” 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to navigate complex environment 
  • Good organizational skills combined with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities based on received inputs
  • Ability to follow and manage ad-hoc projects
