What will you do?
As Market Access Lead Benelux, you will play a central role in shaping Chiesi’s access strategies across the region. You will lead end to end pricing, tendering, and HTA processes, represent Chiesi in sector bodies, and navigate evolving regulatory environments. With a sharp strategic mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills, you will ensure our innovative products reach the patients who need them.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Develop and execute the Benelux Market Access strategy, integrating pricing, tenders, access trends and HEOR activities.
- Manage the market access stakeholder network; from payers to reimbursement authorities and insurers.
- Represent Chiesi Benelux in sector bodies and relevant external platforms.
- Drive the AIR/CARE Market Access agenda and align with the RARE department.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies based on policy trends, competitiveness and compliance, aligned with global priorities.
- Manage HTA dossiers, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
- Promote product value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Position Chiesi as a thought leader in sustainability criteria for prescribing and reimbursement.
- Build and execute tender strategies tailored to the Benelux markets.
- Collaborate cross functionally (local & global) to create compelling submissions and pricing frameworks.
- Align payer strategies across affiliate and global teams.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to pre launch and launch preparations for new products and indications.

Who are we looking for?
A strategic, analytical and collaborative professional who understands the complexities of the Benelux healthcare and reimbursement landscape. Someone who can build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and drive access initiatives with a solution oriented mindset.
You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Deep understanding of payer landscapes and regulatory environments in the Benelux.
- Experience aligning local and global strategies.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch or French, and English.
- Strong analytical, strategic and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights and stakeholder ready messages.
