Your main responsibilities
- You support the ICT in rollout projects and carry out the client rollouts independently
- You are responsible for the installation of hardware and various software programmes
- You process incoming support requests and requirements from internal stakeholders
- You support the departments in the use and operation of our IT applications.
- You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and support the ICT team in small and large projects.
- In addition, you will take care of equipping our employees with Apple products and provide product support.
What do you bring
- You are currently studying, ideally in the field of computer science
- You have initial experience with the Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 operating systems (installation and configuration).
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You also have hardware experience in the area of notebooks, tablets and smartphones
- Very good English and ideally very good German skills round off your profile
- If you are a working student, you should be available for approx. 20 hours per week (by arrangement). Full-time work is also possible during the semester break.
- You are characterised by a structured, reliable and service-oriented way of working.
