For this position we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist with excellent service design skills who actively supports the adpotion of agile ways of working in the organisation. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our CX vision, CX-Design using methods as personas, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, design sprints, etc. Another important part of this position is to establish and drive a customer centric culture within our international organization. 
 

Areas of Responsibilities

 

  • Promoting the development of an agile and customer-centric culture 
  • Drive innovation processes through Service-Design methods in CX, patient engagement, etc. 
  • Plan and conduct CJ mapping, ideation, prototyping and co-creation workshops on service optimization with
  • Continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the customer experience and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance CX
  • Analyse and disseminate Customer Insights to improve the (digital) Customer Experience
  • Guidance of implementation of digital CX-strategy within CEE region
  • Delivering training programs for colleagues in the countries to independently apply agile working methods
  • Managing relationships with vendors and partners involved in CX design & training, customer insights and communication (customer engagement)
  • Implementation and adaptation of the global experience strategy, with the aim of continuous improvement at local level
     

Skills, competencies and experience

 

  • University degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Psychology or any related field
  • Min. Of 3 years of experience in CX, Marketing or related field
  • Expertise in (digital) service design and CX methods
  • Project management skills and knowledge of agile methods
  • English business fluent, an advantage: German or any other CEE language
  • Strong communication, teamwork skills and intercultural empathy
  • Structured and result-driven approach
  • Innovative spirit with a passion for implementation of new ideas and driving changes
