As Financial Controller within the Vienna-based CEE HUB, you will play an important role in overseeing operational controlling tasks for our six CEE affiliates (Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czechia) and our MCO countries. We are looking for a motivated team player who enjoys working collaboratively, communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders, and takes a proactive approach to driving business success.

You will be responsible for

 

  • Responsibility for monthly closings and participation in year-end closings as part of management reporting
  • Ongoing reporting, including preparation and communication of variance analyses
  • Supporting local management and our CEE affiliates in planning processes (budgeting and forecasting)
  • Further development and optimization of internal processes and reporting systems within the Controlling function
  • Close collaboration with the Accounting team as well as with local departments and affiliates

You will need to have

 

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Controlling or Accounting, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent MS Office and SAP skills
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of numerical affinity
  • A precise, independent, and structured approach to work
  • High level of reliability, motivation, and willingness to learn
  • A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 58,000. We are committed to fair and competitive compensation, and are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
