What will you do?

 

As a Customer Project Manager, you will be at the heart of impactful healthcare initiatives. You will lead projects that elevate patient care, strengthen collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem, and support strategic commercial and marketing ambitions.


In this dynamic role, you will:

 

  • Initiate, design, and implement impactful projects aligned with product strategies and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans; including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare business cases, manage project finances, and ensure budgets are met.
  • Identify, build, and strengthen collaborations with regional healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee project delivery, proactively managing risks and adjusting plans when needed.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Optimize workflows and methodologies based on project outcomes and stakeholder input.
  • Organize internal and external knowledge sharing sessions to support continuous learning.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer and field insights.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and up to date data for reporting and analysis.
  • Build strong, trust based relationships with customers to ensure projects deliver on expectations and drive satisfaction.

  • An attractive salary in line with your responsibilities and experience.

  • Kilometer allowance: €0.23 per km. Or an OV Vrij season ticket (2nd class) instead of the kilometer allowance. The OV Vrij ticket can also be used privately.
  • NS Business Card: everyone will receive an NS Business Card. For business travel by public transport, Chiesi fully reimburses the costs based on 2nd class travel.
  • Net internet allowance of € 55 per month.
  • Hybrid working model: all office based colleagues are working at least 3 days per week in the office. The other days you are free to work remotely.

Who are we looking for?

 

A creative, commercially minded connector who knows how to bring healthcare stakeholders together and turn ideas into action. You’re a strong communicator in Dutch and English, adaptable, collaborative, and energized by meaningful challenges.

 

  • A bachelor's degree (e.g., life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, marketing, commercial economics, business administration).
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial or project management role within a healthcare network or knowledge-driven environment.
  • Strong experience with project-based work, managing projects and guiding team members independently.
  • Deep understanding of the Dutch healthcare landscape.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and their implementation.
  • Knowledge of CGR guidelines and pharmaceutical compliance.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry (preferred).
