What will you do?

 

As a Customer Project Manager, you will take charge of healthcare projects that shape the future of patient care, working alongside top professionals in the industry. Your expertise will directly contribute to achieving our sales goals and driving innovative marketing strategies that align with our product portfolio.

 

Furthermore, you will: 

 

  • Initiate, design, and implement impactful projects that align with product strategies and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project teams, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Create comprehensive plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare business cases, oversee financial processes, and ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Identify and foster collaborations with regional healthcare providers and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee project delivery, addressing risks and adapting plans to meet evolving needs.
  • Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Optimize workflows and methodologies based on project insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Organize internal and external knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen team learning.
  • Provide input for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with field insights.
  • Record progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date project data for reporting and analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring projects meet their specific needs and drive satisfaction.

  • An attractive salary in line with your responsibilities and experience.

Who are we looking for?

 

Someone with a commercial and creative mindset. You know how the Dutch healthcare landscape works and know how to bring important stakeholders together. Next to that you can manage a project, you are flexible and you are a strong team player. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are key for this role. 

 

  • Working and thinking level: Bachelor, for instance a completed life science or pharmaceutical science education or a marketing, commercial economics, business administration;
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a commercial position, preferably within a healthcare network or knowledge organization;
  • Experience with project-based working and the independent management and coordination projects and project members;
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Dutch healthcare landscape;
  • Knowledge of and experience with marketing strategies and implementation techniques;
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical advertising legislation (‘CGR’) (and compliance);
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry would be preferred.
