Who we are looking for


We are looking for someone with application system knowledge and strong interest in the business related to the Global Finance Department. You will act in a dynamic and international environment mixing technical and business competencies. 

Main Responsibilities

Support the Chiesi Controlling Process Specialist manager in the following activities:

  • Understanding of the needs in term of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and the main finance KPIs
  • Understanding of the consolidation process (statutory and managerial)
  • High level knowledge/understanding of the controlling and accounting processes
  • Provide assistance to the whole group during the Planning process (Budget, Forecast,…) and the reporting closing (month ends)
  • SAP-BPC system backend administration in term of master data, user access, back-end functions.
  • SAP-BPC system frontend administration in term of reporting, data entry and front-end functions.
  • End users support in the daily activities in SAP-BPC (problem solving skills)
  • End users training
  • Participation in projects directly impacting the Global Finance applications (related to enhancement and innovation)
  • Supporting end users on the IFRS16 principle application tool

Experience Required

Level of experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position


Level of education: three/five years of higher education (Engineering like Management Engineering, Economics or similar with interest in computer programming).


  • English fluent (both written and spoken)
  • Other languages are a plus (Italian is not mandatory)

Technical Skills

  • SAP-BPC (classic and/or embedded)
  • SAP Analysis for office (if possible)
  • High level SAP ECC understanding of FI/CO modules
  • Office tools: good knowledge especially in excel, power point and word
  • Programming skills (it is not requested the knowledge of a specific programming language)
  • Power BI comprehension from a business perspective (optional)
  • Board application knowledge from a business perspective (optional)
  • Any other application within or external SAP (it is a plus)
