Who we are looking for

Purpose

The scope of the role is to provide assistance to the SSG teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organization/management of agendas and meetings for the supported team.
  • Travel planning (via BizTravel) and expense reimbursement management (via Concur).
  • Management of internal purchasing procedures (RdA/CM) and budget control (via SAP).
  • Support for registration for courses and/or conferences.
  • Drafting and review of confidentiality contracts in the context of business development and consultancy operations, in accordance with the indications of the Legal Department (through Dikesi);
  • Planning and organization of internal committees with Chiesi Stakeholders, support in the drafting of the relevant agendas and any other related relevant documentation (including management/archive of the above-mentioned docs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cost control in indirect costs, such as travel, meeting expenses and other related type of expenses.
  • Support in managing communication with external Chiesi partners and direct contact with them for planning recurring meetings with the Team.
  • Management and support to the new deal management flow tool (Inpart - Inova) shared amongst the 7 teams of the Group.

Experience Required

2 years in the position or similar role will be considered a plus

Education

High School Diploma and/or University Degree

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of operating platforms (e.g. SAP, Self Service, Concur, BizTravel, Dikesi).
  • Knowledge of the Office package (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Knowledge of Inpart is a plus.

Languages

Fluent both spoken and written Italian and English
Additional French is highly appreciated.
