Who we are looking for

Purpose

The person will be responsible for ensuring information support activities aimed at finding, selecting, analysing and collectingdata and evidence on competitors, targets and pathologies of corporate interest in relation to the area of competence.
Proactively participate in the development of R&D projects by providing tools and analyses deriving fromexternal information that facilitate the decision-making process.
 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Monitoring and analysis of competitors
  • Participation in core teams
  • Targeted literature searches
  • Collaboration with other internal stakeholders to research, analyse and make available the necessaryinformation to support products/projects needs and decision making
  • Support the evaluation of products and/or projects through the retrieval and analysis of external information
  • Scenario analysis to support strategy definition
  • Presentation to top management
  • Proactive support to the activities of the areas of competence through the development of tools and/orcomplex analysis of information to facilitate the decision-making process
  • Benchmark analyses for the identification of new tools for research, selection, analysis and visualisation ofinformation
     

Experience Required

At least 6 months of experience in a similar position
 

Education

Scientific degree (Biotechnology, biology, pharmacy or similar)
 

Languages

Exellent English communication skills both written and verbal
 

Technical Skills

  • Proven knowledge of tools and sources for research, analysis and management of scientific, competition,regulatory information and benchmarking 
  • Extensive knowledge of the full drug development process.
  • Proven experience in the scientific (medical/pharmacological) field
  • Basic knowledge of NLP, advanced analytics and bioinformatics tools. Experience in Artificial Intelligencetools is considered a plus
