This is what you will do
The Learning and Digital Workplace Intern supports the design, implementation and management of digital solutions within the HR function. The role primarily focuses on learning technologies and platform solutions, while also contributing to enhance Chiesi digital workplace platforms and AI enabled knowledge solutions, bringing value to the employee experience and HR service delivery.
Key Activities
Learning Platforms Management
- Manage and support Chiesi Learning Management System
- Provide functional support to users and administrators
- Troubleshoot technical and system related issues
- Support training data reporting and analysis activities
Digital Workplace
- Support the development and maintenance of HR digital platforms
- Structure and organize HR knowledge to ensure accessibility and usability
- Contribute to the migration of legacy content into new digital environments
- Support governance processes to ensure consistency and quality of HR information
AI and Digital Innovation
- Support the configuration, training and deployment of AI-powered solutions within HR
- Participate in testing activities and user acceptance processes
- Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of digital solutions
- Enable efficient access to HR knowledge through digital tools
Reporting and Data Support
- Contribute to reporting activities related to learning and talent management processes
- Deliver ad hoc reports supporting HR Centers of Expertise
- Support data analysis activities to improve decision making
Communication and Engagement
- Create and publish digital content for internal communities
- Support community management activities and respond to user inquiries
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing user engagement and adoption
Project and Process Support
- Support the execution of HR digital initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and IT functions
- Contribute to process design and continuous improvement activities
You will need to have
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Strong interest in HR digital tools and learning technologies
- Good understanding of digital workplace platforms, particularly SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and stakeholder oriented approach
Contract and Benefit
6 months internship
