Who we are looking for

Purpose

The HQ HRIS team is responsible to manage at global level the Group HRIS System

Being part of this team, you will manage projects that covers all the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, having contact with colleagues from all over the world - from Australia to Brazil.

You will learn to implement solutions to solve day by day issues.

Main Responsibilities

The candidate will support the HR function to develop Analytics and the global implementation of the group HRIS.

  • Define projects steps and requirements
  • Understand business needs and define proper solutions

Main Activities will include:

  • Support HR Business Partner in the day by day activities on the Global HRIS (globally)
  • Support the Global HR Center of Expertise in the process definition during the global implementation of the new HRIS.
  • Create reports to support the business and explore possible technology or process improvements

Experience Required

Any experience with Canva, Sharepoint, HRIS or Business Intellingent tool would represent a plus

Education

Economy, Management Engineering, Computer Engeenering

Languages

Advanced knowledge of English (write-reading)

Any other languages will be considered a Plus 

Technical Skills

Advanced Knowledge of Office Suite (excel and PPT in particular)
