Who we are looking for

This is what you will do

The person in this role will support the implementation of Chiesi's Global Workplace and Real Estate strategy across Headquarters and affiliates, ensuring the consistent application and continuous evolution of workplace standards, guidelines and employee-facing services.

 

They will act as the main point of contact for affiliates on workplace organization, office layouts and workplace experience initiatives, supporting workplace transformation projects, office relocations and change management activities. The role will also coordinate office location evaluations and workplace portfolio opportunities, foster collaboration and best practice sharing across affiliates, and support workplace data analysis to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for

1) Workplace Governance & Standards

  • Supporting the development, maintenance and deployment of Global Workplace Guidelines
  • Supporting the collection and consolidation of information to facilitate long-term workplace and office planning activities
  • Promoting adoption of workplace standards and best practices across affiliates
  • Providing advisory support to local offices on workplace-related topics
  • Supporting the definition and monitoring of workplace KPIs

 

2) Workplace Experience & Services

  • Supporting initiatives aimed at improving employee workplace experience
  • Coordinating workplace surveys and consolidating feedback from employees and affiliates
  • Identifying improvement opportunities related to office services, space utilization and workplace effectiveness
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and benchmarking across locations
  • Providing training and guidance to local teams to support consistent implementation of corporate guidelines

 

3) Workplace Data & Reporting

  • Maintaining and consolidating workplace-related information and metrics
  • Supporting the development of dashboards and management reporting
  • Monitoring workplace utilization, occupancy and service performance indicators
  • Supporting data-driven decision making related to workplace initiatives
  • Building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base of workplace, office and project-related information
  • Supporting the collection and consolidation of workplace and building-related sustainability data

 

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborating with HR, Facility Management, Procurement, Sustainability, Engineering and local offices
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external real estate partners to support real estate evaluations, workplace development initiatives and portfolio decisions
  • Acting as a bridge between corporate functions and affiliates on workplace-related topics
  • Acting as a first point of contact for affiliates seeking support on workplace and office-related initiatives
  • Supporting affiliates in identifying solutions aligned with corporate requirements (e.g., green building principles, employee wellbeing and inclusive workplace design)
  • Supporting communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives

 

5) Real Estate Activities

  • Leading office location scouting and preliminary site assessments
  • Maintaining visibility over Chiesi’s global workplace and real estate portfolio
  • Supporting the evaluation of office assets, lease opportunities and workplace investments
  • Supporting the delivery of workplace and real estate projects across affiliates
  • Maintaining visibility of workplace and office-related projects across affiliates, supporting progress monitoring and stakeholder reporting
  • Coordinating with external real estate advisors, brokers and local stakeholders throughout office search, evaluation and acquisition or leasing processes

You will need to have

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • 3-6 years of experience in Workplace Management, Facility Management, Corporate Services, Employee Experience, Real Estate or Consulting
  • Knowledge of corporate real estate principles including portfolio management, site selection, lease evaluation and workplace asset management
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple functions and locations
  • Understanding of project management principles applied to fit-out, refurbishment, and relocation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

We would prefer for you to have

  • Experience in multinational organizations
  • Experience supporting corporate real estate transactions, office scouting or workplace portfolio management
  • Experience with workplace transformation, hybrid work models or office redesign initiatives
  • Knowledge of workplace management best practices and employee experience concepts
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
  • Exposure to change management initiatives
  • Knowledge of facility management processes and workplace-related ESG topics
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Compensation Range

The minimum salary for this role is €52.000, aligned to our established salary framework. The final offer will reflect the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations. 

This role is eligible to participate in an annual bonus scheme, subject to company and individual performance.
