Global functions are the beating heart of an organization, orchestrating synergies between Human Resources, Communication, Pubblic Affair, Finance, Strategy, Legal, Business Development, Information Technology, Shared Value & Sustainabiity, Procurement, Center Oen Innovation, Transformation, Competitive intelligence and other functions. These functions collaborate to create a dynamic and interconnected ecosystem, where innovative ideas transform into strategic actions. Who we are looking for
The Global Functions Finance BP will be the finance main point of contact for Global Functions Business Leaders and team. He/She will maintain a close relationship with the business, understanding and anticipating its needs.
 

 

Main Responsibilities

The person will support in:

  • Coordinating and managing the budget and rolling forecast processes of the Global Functions;
  • Analysing expenditure and managing cost planning;
  • Implementing the long-term plan by collaborating with the Global Functions teams;
  • Prepare the Global Functions' monthly financial reporting for the group consolidation department;
  • Prepare and improve Global Functions' monthly and planning reporting;
  • Improve the Global Functions' understanding of the global perimeter and support them in managing the group perimeter;
  • Carry out training on reporting and planning tools to all Global Functions teams;
  • Being the key point of contact for all financial activities and processes;
  • Participate in Financial Roadmap projects;
     

Experience Required

3-5 years experience in Controlling.

Education

Degree in economics 

Languages

Fluent English

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of financial statements analysis
  • knowledge of accounting techniques 
  • Knowledge of SAP
