Who we are looking for

Purpose

We are looking for skilled, passionate and enthusiastic talents to become future finance leaders! 

 

The FP&A Team is part of the Global Finance Department and provide high-level guidance as well as operational support to Affiliates Finance teams concerning the main financial processes, such as Planning, Monthly Reporting and Year-End Closing.

 

The FP&A Team liaises mainly with the Franchise/BU and Regional Teams, the staff of the Countries, all other Global Finance functions (CFO and first reporting line, Global Accounting, Tax & Treasury, GICT) and the Top Management.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

Supervision and coordination from corporate perspective of financial planning and analysis activities across the group:

  • Preparation of Group Monthly Closing and Financial Planning reports and related analysis
  • Facilitating coordination of closing and planning operations across the FP&A team
  • Providing support and guidance to the FP&A regional teams and the Countries in the planning and control activities
  • Mastering, collecting and spreading reporting best practices across the global finance community
  • Coordinating the communication flow to the global finance community in terms of regular closing and planning activities
  • Ad hoc analysis and deep-dive on group data in support of Chiesi Top Management’s decision-making
  • Leadership and team membership of finance projects at Group level
     

Experience Required

At least 4 years of working experience either in the planning and controlling department.

Education

Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering.

Languages

Fluent English 

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of Pharma Business dynamics
  • Solid experience in planning and controlling processes
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
