Who we are looking for

This is what you will do

Chiesi is looking for a digital communications professional to join the Global Digital Communications and SocialMedia team on a temporary basis. The role involves working closely on the corporate website refresh project,ensuring alignment with the strategic communications objectives. The position requires close collaboration with Global ICT, Digital Transformation, and External Communications teams, as well as local marketrepresentatives, to ensure smooth project progress.

You will be responsible for

• Collaborate on project management for the launch of the new Corporate website, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards; contribute to CMS migration and cross-functional change management activities, serving as a bridge between internal teams and external agencies.
• Collaborate closely with key markets (Top 5 EU countries + US) to support the adoption of new technologies and ensure a consistent website architecture.
• Partner with Corporate and local teams to develop and execute global digital initiatives (e.g., landing pages, new website content, social media campaigns), promoting cross-country alignment and a seamless digital experience.
• Monitor project performance through analytics and KPIs, providing insights that drive continuous improvement and support reporting activities.
• Contribute to the creation, review, and publication of digital content across corporate channels (website, social media, intranet), ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

You will need to have

  • At least 6 months’ experience in digital project management, marketing, communications, or social media within corporate or agency environments.
  • Good understanding of web content management systems (ideally Adobe Experience Manager) with hands-on experience in managing website content, tracking performance, applying SEO principles, and preparing reports.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, digital agencies, and external vendors to deliver digital initiatives.

We would prefer for you to have

  • Experience managing/contributing to website launch projects and working closely with regional teams for consistent implementation across markets.

Location

The position can be based anywhere with availability to travel to Parma when necessary
