Air and Care Franchise
Within the three Business Units (Discover more here), Air and Care Franchises are responsible for the development and implementation of the Therapeutic Area Strategies. Each Franchise is organized by stage of development with fully empowered and enhanced teams of: Pipeline Development Team - focused on delivering innovation and programs leadership accountabilities in close collaboration with R&D, Commercial Portfolio Management Team - focused on maximizing the benefit for the patients and the full potential of marketed / close-to-launch assets, including Life Cycle Management strategies.
Air and Care Franchises are also supported by the Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Business Excellence & Customer Experience Global functions.

Within these departments, you will actively support the Air and Care Franchises businesses. These units are responsible for the development and implementation of the Therapeutic Area Strategies. Each Franchise is organized by stage of development with fully empowered and enhanced teams of: Pipeline Development and Commercial Portfolio Management.
Who we are looking for
Purpose
We are looking for a motivated colleague to join the team for a temporary assignment, of approximately 1 year duration. In this role he/she will be working closely with Global and Local functions with the objective to support Commercial lead on the governance and management of NHCO and OTC brands.
Main Responsibilities
The Global CHC Commercial Specialist will be involved in Global Consumer Health Care’s commercial Activities, supporting the Commercial Lead. Main responsibilities include:
- Track affiliates’ sales and relevant commercial KPIs, elaborating performance reports to monitor growth of NHCO brand across geographies;
- Contribute to the development of ad-hoc KPIs to monitor customer satisfaction, brand equity and overall business performance, conducting gap analysis and risk assessment
- Contribute to the definition and set-up of global tools to allow affiliates to track relevant commercial KPIs (e.g. online price monitoring tool);
- Work closely with Product Design and local teams to support planning of new product launches and track development of NHCO portfolio at international level;
- Create strong relationships with corporate functions (e.g. GMD, regulatory, quality etc), particularly with GMD to be a key point of reference for local teams in securing products’ availability;
- Actively participate to Master Plan meetings and ensure integration between Corporate functions (e.g. GMD, regulatory, quality, …) and affiliates, allowing business agility;
- Work closely with external stakeholders, corporate functions and local teams on planning and execution of international market researches (qualitative and quantitative) to identify customer perspective / needs and growth opportunities for the business; define action plan & support local teams in the implementation;
- Provide support on customer experience priorities (e.g. guidelines on personas’ identification and characterization, matching of personas with business goals, definition of CX initiatives etc), ensuring a proper deployment at local level and becoming the reference point for the areas of interest internally and with external customers;
- Contribute to the development of global marketing and commercial strategies / guidelines for the management of NHCO brand at international level, supporting local teams in the deployment;
- Support coordination and participate actively to Business Review Meetings / BDG / FCT / PCL / Strat Plan process;
- Support affiliates in the definition of commercial strategy and related follow up, including sales and marketing key decisions (e.g. customer targeting, FF sizing, local product pricing, bonus scheme etc)
- Support the evaluation of possible NHCO entry in new geographies, supporting local set up;
- Work on increasing visibility of NHCO brand across Chiesi Group through the development of internal communications and events;
- Support business case evaluation for potential CHC EU products/BD opportunities;
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in Global/Local product management/ Business Operations preferably with some experience in Consumer Healthcare, Vitamin and Mineral Supplement or Pharma environment
- Understanding of market dynamic and knowledge of marketing process
- Capability to manage project liaising with third parties
- Elaboration and analysis of sales and performance reports
Education
Degree in Economics or Science
