Who we are looking for

Purpose

Skilled, passionate and enthusiastic talents who want to play an important leadership role in the Global Finance team, in direct connection with countries!  

 

FP&A Team is part of the Global Finance Department and provides high-level guidance as well as operational support to Affiliate Finance teams concerning the main financial processes, such as Planning, Monthly Reporting and Year-End Closing.
FP&A Team liaise mainly with the Region and Country staff, Franchises and GBU and all other Global Finance functions (CFO and first reporting line, Global Accounting and GCN, Tax & Treasury, GICT) and Chiesi Group Top Management.
 

Main Responsibilities

Supervision and coordination from central perspective of financial planning and analysis activities across the TOP5 countries and the US:

  • Preparation of regional Monthly reports and related analysis
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of managerial country monthly closings and yearly statutory closing to guarantee compliance with local and Group GAAP (IFRS), policies and the Group controlling model
  • Support and guidance to the region Countries in the planning and control activities
  • Support and interaction with relevant Region Head of Finance and Leadership Team
  • Preparation of specific analysis to track business performance and to support analysis and selection of business opportunities
  • Leadership and team membership of finance projects at Group / Region / Country level
     

Experience Required

5-10 years of working experience either in the planning and control department.
 

Education

Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering.

Languages

Fluent English
