Chiesi Global Manufacturing Division
Chiesi Farmaceutici’s three production plants are: the Officine Farmaceutiche di Parma (Italy), the Blois-La Chaussée Saint Victor plant (France) and the Santana de Parnaiba plant (Brazil). The plants produce a total of more than 110 million units per year.
The production area of Officine Farmaceutiche di Parma is the main strategic hub for the production and distribution of Chiesi products.
Here, solid medicines such as tablets and dry powders for inhalers, solutions and suspensions for inhalations and sterile suspension vials for endotracheal administration are produced.
The new Biotech Centre of Excellence for biological drug development and production will specialise in the development and production of active ingredients such as monoclonal antibodies, enzymes and other proteins.
Santana produces pressurised solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy (MDI).
Blois specialises in dry powder inhalers and pressurised solutions for inhalation therapy and handles the final assembly stages of Metered-Dose Inhalers (MDI).
Who we are looking for
Purpose
The Corporate Supply Specialist, being part of the Corporate Supply Chain department, interacts and collects inputs from functions such as Procurement, Industrialisation, Quality and Sites Planning to coordinate the S&Op processes in terms of requirements and supply granting the material availability in the short-mid term.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the S&Op process in terms of:
Requirements
Analyze on monthly basis the requirements of all our plants;
Consolidate at corporate level the needs of all strategic items;
Manage the capacity of suppliers and coordinate the S&Op meeting.
Supply
Oversight of the delivery plan in order to grant the continuity of production plan, the right level of stock and escalating in case of risk/opportunities.
Operational Support:
Cross functional project support;
Change control process support according to the strategic allocation of volumes;
Day by day urgency/analysis.
Experience Required
At least 1-2 years of experience in the Supply Chain field within a complex environment
Education
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics or scientific subjects
Languages
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Technical Skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package;
• Knowledge of Data Analysis, KPI measurement and Project Management principles;
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Supply Chain Planning tools (IBP) is preferred.
