Who we are looking for

This is what you will do

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and open-minded Assistant to work in the Global Pipeline Development and Global Medical Affairs Departments, within the Global Franchise AIR. The successful candidate is a self-starter, able to work under tight deadlines, and manages multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will be responsible for

For Global Pipeline Development:

  • Budget: preparation and discussion with the team before submission to Finance; budget entry into the dedicated system; budget monthly check (Actuals)
  • RDA entries
  • Course/conferences registrations
  • Consultancy contracts preparation, including contact with the Legal office/Procurement, SAP and Dikesi entry – contratti può imparlarli facendoli, non c’è bisogno che lo sappia fare prima. Meglio se li ha
  • Manage calendar and travel arrangements for Head of Global Pipeline Development
  • Expense reporting

 

For GMA:

  • Provide logistical support for leadership team activities
  • Support leadership team calendar coordination
  • Manage calendar and travel arrangements for Head of GMA 

You will need to have

  • Previous experience as Department Assistant (at least 2 years)
  • Budgeting and cost control experience
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English is requested. Other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Excel

Location

This position is based in Parma and offers a hybrid work model, with the expectation of being in the office three days a week.
