Chiesi Research & Development

Our R&D team represents a fundamental asset for the business. It is divided into integrated functional areas focusing on pipeline projects including discovery and preclinical research, chemical manufacturing and controls, drug delivery technology, clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, intellectual property, quality assurance, R&D project and portfolio management.  Headquartered in the new purpose-built and fully integrated Research and Development Centre in Parma (Italy), the team also has important operations in Paris (France), Chippenham (UK), Cary (US), Stockholm (Sweden) and Toronto (Canada).

We are looking for an HR intern to join our Research & Development HR Team. who is passionate about HR topics, keen to learn and driven by curiosity.

Main Activities

The intern will support our Plant HR Business Partner in the following activities:

• Participate in specific area projects 
• Support the area HRs during organisation of newcomers Induction Weeks 
• Support the area HRs in the managing of interviews with final candidates
• Support in managing personnel at ATS level (master data, terminations, extensions, review of organizational charts) 
• Support in administrative topics (pay, benefit, welfare) 
• Support in the management of HR processes (performance management, talent review, salary review, talent development, etc.)


Degree in Humanistic or Economics disciplines, a Master in HR would be a plus.


the R&D environment is an international one, so a good knowledge of english (written and spoken) is highly preferable
