We have an exciting opportunity for an Omnichannel Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Air team for a 6 month period in our Head Office in Manchester.

In the role of Omnichannel Marketing Associate you will support the CX and Omnichannel Team with the ideation, implementation, and optimisation of the teams’ tactical activities supporting the AIR business unit. Managing and coordinating activities, and collaborating with marketing colleagues, internal teams, and agencies, to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills with an interest in working within a marketing environment in Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare.

Purpose

 

To support the CX and Omnichannel Team with the ideation, implementation, and optimisation of the teams’ tactical activities supporting the AIR business unit. Managing and coordinating activities, and collaborating with marketing colleagues, internal teams, and agencies, to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.

Profile

 

  • Organised, keen attention-to-detail, interested in marketing and healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry.
  • Curious and driven to achieve success in role and as part of a high-performing team
  • Excellent oral and written communicator
  • Previous experience of marketing or communications support role (preferred but not essential)
  • Ideally educated to degree level, preferably in business, marketing or life sciences, will consider relevant work experience 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Managing and coordinating Veeva Promomats for patient and omnichannel materials & other ad-hoc Air marketing team materials as needed
    • Opening job bags, agency checks, timeline management; ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to SOPs or agreements as relevant
    • Escalating challenges or queries across jobs to the relevant marketing & medical stakeholders 
  • Key contact for agency day-to-day liaison, helping with project management ensure timelines are moving to plan. Responsible for first reviews and proofing of agency content against brief / amends from Chiesi 
  • Support with the development of patient-facing materials, co-ordination of chiesiair.co.uk activities and IQVIA OCE (MARIO), including content creation in collaboration with agencies, and content approvals (training provided).
  • Supporting the development and management of internal trackers, timelines, and other internal administrative documentation to support the CX and Omnichannel team
  • Scheduling and co-ordination of Air marketing general meetings, ownership of note-taking and circulation across the team, following up on, and supporting, actions 
  • Other ad-hoc / Air marketing-led workstream general admin, planning and marketing co-ordination support across the team
