In the role of Omnichannel Manager, you will lead on the creation, development, and ongoing optimisation of omnichannel marketing campaigns, supporting the overall AIR Portfolio strategy and accelerating the creation of engaging content and experiences that exceed our customers’ expectations.
The successful candidate will have multichannel marketing experience and delivering commercial results through such activities in a highly regulated industry, along with marketing channel best practice experience including web platforms, CRM, email, and analytics. A track record of managing cross functional projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, budget management and implementation is also required.

Purpose
To lead on the creation, development, and ongoing optimisation of omnichannel marketing campaigns, supporting the overall Respiratory Portfolio strategy and accelerating the creation of engaging content and experiences that exceed our customers’ expectations.
Profile
- Ideally educated to degree level, preferably in business, marketing or life sciences will consider relevant work experience
- Multichannel marketing experience and delivering commercial results through such activities in a highly regulated industry
- Marketing channel best practice experience including web platforms, CRM, email, and analytics
- Track record of managing cross functional projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, budget management and implementation.
- Broad understanding and application of the principles of marketing /marketing process
- Excellent oral and written communicator
- Veeva document review experience or similar content approval systems (desirable however training can be provided)
- Comprehensive knowledge or detailed understanding of the ABPI code in relation to the promotion of medicines within the UK (more than ABPI qualified).
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of the Respiratory Portfolio strategy, along with members of the customer strategy marketing team and the wider cross functional team
- Collaborate with Senior Omnichannel Manager and customer strategy teams to develop omnichannel customer campaign maps, mapping appropriate messaging/tactics/touchpoints against agreed campaign frameworks, aligned to campaign objectives
- Forecast media, media spend, and set relevant KPIs for omnichannel campaigns in agreement with customer strategy team
- Working closely with customer strategy teams and medical teams, lead on the development and approval of campaign tactics and content assets within approval systems
- Contribute to the ongoing management of the Respiratory content calendar, ensuring content delivery is coordinated across brands and customer types, and work with the customer strategy teams to identify opportunities to improve content to maximise impact
- Maintenance of the BU web platforms, and management of agencies and external collaborators for development of core ‘above brand’ content and user journeys. Increase online visibility of web content through SEO/PPC best practices
- Lead the creation and management of automated customer journeys within the CRM platform, and manage email creation/management within the platform
- Manage relevant 3rd parties/agencies, ensuring accurate and timely tactical briefs are delivered on time and budget
- Utilise campaign measurement frameworks to ensure proper tracking is in place for campaign reporting and analysis
- Analyse results and interpret data into meaningful insights to help steer decision-making, in collaboration with the customer strategy team
- Maintain close communication with the field force to understand their feedback on field force materials and their role in campaign orchestration
- Ability to successfully manage marketing materials through relevant approval process from concept to implementation
- Effective and timely communication to all stakeholders within Chiesi UK and Corporate Marketing
- Respond and deliver to ad hoc work requests from immediate line manager and/or senior managers.
- Ensure strict compliance to both company values, standards (SOPs) and the ABPI Code of Practice

- In line with annual objectives, contribute and support the UK Affiliate in its pursuit to become more sustainable, ensuring that you and/or your teams commit to and deliver at least 2 initiatives each year.
