Your tasks

  • You will represent the marketing perspective within our cross-functional and agile Customer Care Teams (CCT) with a clear focus on customers and patients.
  • Together with other CCT members, you will develop innovative concepts and projects to identify customer and patient needs in line with company goals and implement them
  • Together with the CCT and the CCT Head, you will be responsible for product strategy
  • You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the success of all product, customer, and patient-related activities
  • You will design marketing and project plans based on market data and analyses
  • You will be responsible for planning and controlling the CCT budget and sales planning for the products you are responsible for
  • You will create and maintain our internal reports for our headquarters in Parma and Boston
  • You coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders (purchasing, legal department, information officers, etc.)
  • You manage and work closely with agencies and develop successful digital-analog networked communication campaigns
  • You plan scientific workshops, symposia, and conferences for customers and opinion leaders, working closely with other members of the CCTs
  • Together with other members of the CCT, you will be in contact with customers and attend conferences that are important for the team in order to gain the best possible understanding of market needs

 

What you bring

  • A university degree, e.g. in medicine, natural sciences, communication sciences, or business administration with a focus on marketing
  • You have relevant professional experience in product management/marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (ideally rare diseases)
  • You enjoy working in a cross-functional team with a high degree of decision-making freedom. Ideally, you have already had some experience with agile methods
  • You have in-depth knowledge of brand management and communication strategy
  • You enjoy deriving strategies and solutions from figures and insights
  • Have you even had a taste of field work? Wonderful, then you won't find it difficult to change perspectives
  • You can make decisions, are a strong communicator, and are able to find solutions for and with all parties
  • You have a digital mindset and are eager to learn new things in this area
  • You can communicate confidently and fluently in English
