Job Purpose:

The role of a Brand and Omnichannel Manager is to develop and propose relevant marketing strategy of the responsible products (including training on products for the field force team), adapt global marketing strategy to local market, propose for approval promotional materials. In this role our future colleague will ensure the effective setup of campaigns within our Marketing Automation software (Salesforce), with  the suitable content, suitable channels, and optimal frequency across the customer journey for specific customer segments. The Brand and Omnichannel Manager collaborates with the Field Force, Marketing (or Product Managers), and CX teams to plan, implement, and oversee the campaign performance, offering the essential resources to attain sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

Brand management  
•    Crafting strategy for the assigned portfolio following an in-depth analysis to achieve proposed objectives
•    Harmonize the global strategic marketing plans with local customers to craft tailored and effective local brand strategies 
•    Enhance the usage of all commercial and medical channels by creating brand operational plan, marketing tools (materials and activities) through collaborative efforts across functions. 
•    Implement brand plan, while collaborating with all company roles to optimize reaching the best actions and tools
•    Act as the marketing expert for the assigned portfolio of products, including providing training to the relevant stakeholders (mainly to field force teams) 
•    Proactively adjust the marketing plan to align with the constantly evolving environment, with the purpose of maximizing products potential
•    Maintain close collaboration with the field force team to gather market and customer feedback
•    Monitor and promote the products of Chiesi to internal stakeholders, as well as to external customers, to ensure the products achieve growth and long-term success.

 

Omnichannel 
•    Organize and contribute to strategic planning meetings with Sales, Marketing and CX to define marketing campaigns through omnichannel and advise on best practices and requirements for marketing operations
•    Create and build up omnichannel activities, tools, materials aligning solutions for the therapeutic areas in a cross functional manner
•    Collaborate with other product managers to manage and implement all omnichannel marketing platforms inside Chiesi 
•    Work with clients and other stakeholders to gather campaign and asset requirements and provide internal resources for efficient production cycles of our campaigns
•    Organize the deployment and schedules of production resources, both with our HUB and external service providers, and prioritize these projects based on our prioritized customer journeys
•    Manage the creation of marketing campaign assets in Salesforce
•    Quality assurance of marketing campaign assets (emails, landing pages and components such as forms) according to documented requirements and standards
•    Generate marketing online events, new models to access and target customers through digital/online Support the creation of campaign assets as required and run locally adapted social media campaigns
•    Lead regular client and internal team meetings to plan and review campaigns
•    Communicate regularly with internal production resources (within the CEE region) through various channels, including email and project management tools
•    Monitor and optimize reporting for campaign tracking in coordination with CX, Sales and Marketing
•    Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions for process efficiencies

 

People Management
-    Lead, manage and develop colleagues assigned within the marketing department (Product manager or any other role)
-    Coach and develop capabilities for direct report (s)
-    Cascade objectives, monitor, evaluate performance
-    Develop and promote a culture of trust, accountability with the team

 

About our future colleague

Qualifications:
•    At least 3 years' experience in project management based on marketing automation platforms 
•    BA/BS preferred, BA/BS in marketing is a plus
•    Experience in managing campaign planning and content creation in OCE/Salesforce
•    Hands-on experience in asset creation is an advantage
•    Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage
•    Advanced level of English
