Areas of responsibility

 

This role provides effective strategic and operational HR support for internal employees and external customers focused on a variety of topics. The scope of the position is Romania and Bulgaria. Further elements of the role are rolling out HR processes and supporting the implementation of global projects in the Central & Eastern Europe Region.

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's HR strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and ensure HR policies and practices align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

 

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Performance and Talent Management
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Training and Development
  • Reporting and Planning
  • Culture & engagement
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Personnel administration
  • HR Operations

 

Skills, competencies and experience

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Language requirements: Romanian – Native/Fluent, English – Fluent
  • Able to see the big picture and handle several topics at the same time
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and deal with ambiguity
  • Stakeholder management of multi-decision makers, colleagues, peers, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence & communicate with all employees at all levels
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law is an advantage
  • Good PC skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Affinity for HR IT-related tools and software; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
