Chiesi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade & Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our local operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships and trade agreements with local direct customers, ensuring smooth market supply, and supporting end-to-end order-to-cash processes. You will also contribute to sales and operations planning, forecasting, demand planning, and provide key input for management reporting and financial closings.

 

This is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring excellent coordination skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work across multiple business areas to ensure seamless supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

 

  • Trade Management. Manage relationships with wholesalers, safeguard product supply, ensure compliant trade actions, and contribute to sales planning and continuous process improvements.
  • Customer Service. Handle customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure proper reporting, invoicing, and data management in SAP.
  • Debt Collection. Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, manage debtor communication, and support accounting with follow-up actions.
  • Process Optimisation. Identify and implement improvements across supply chain processes, lead local projects, and contribute to corporate initiatives.

Who are we looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent by experience) in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 6 years of recent experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in SAP (SD, MM, and IBP modules) and Power BI.
  • Proven track record in project-based work, with the ability to independently manage and coordinate projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Customer Service processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
