Trade & Supply Chain Coordinator
Brussels or Amsterdam, BE
The Trade & Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator primarily manages the relation and trade agreements with local direct customers. In addition, he/she contributes to the local Sales & operations planning process (S&OP), forecasting/demand planning process, O2C (Order to Cash) process and provides support for the periodic management reports and financial end-of-month closures.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage wholesalers relations and safeguard local supply of products
- The customer service process has been managed in such a way that all customer inquiries are answered and processed on an accurate, timely manner and in accordance with the business and legal agreements in place.
- The payment of invoices has been chased in such a way that payment arrears have been timely acted upon and that complaints have been adequately processed and handled.
- The processes have been optimised in such a way that the work can be carried out more efficiently and effectively and with the highest possible quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience, in supply chain, finance or Business administration.
- Excellent oral and written communicative skills in both Dutch, French and English;
- Reporting tools and affinity with systems/data;
- Solid Supply Chain & Customer Service knowledge;
- Excellent knowledge of GDP;
- Minimum of 6 years of recent working experience in a similar position;
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, especially SD, the MM module and SAP/IBP.
