Customer Service Administrator

The Supply Chain & Customer Service Administrator plays an operational role in managing the local end-to-end supply chain processes—from product receipt to the Order-to-Cash cycle. The role ensures seamless logistics execution, inventory control, customer service, and financial transaction handling. The administrator works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain product availability, resolve operational issues, and support continuous process improvements.
Main Responsibilities
- The product delivery entries and stocks have been managed in such a way that sufficient products are timely available to be able to meet customers’ demand and ensure continues improvement in performance. Product deliveries and inventory levels are actively managed to ensure timely availability of goods, enabling uninterrupted fulfillment of customer demand and continuous improvement in operational performance.
- Customer inquiries and orders are handled accurately, promptly, and in compliance with commercial and regulatory agreements, ensuring a high level of service.
- The payment of invoices has been chased in such a way that payment arrears have been timely acted upon and that complaints have been adequately processed and handled.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience, in supply chain.
- Excellent oral and written communicative skills in both Dutch, French and English;
- Reporting tools and affinity with systems/data;
- Solid Supply Chain & Customer Service knowledge;
- Excellent knowledge of GDP;
- Minimum of 2 years of recent working experience in a similar position;
- Experience with SAP, especially SD and the MM module;
- Willingness to work on project-based and collaborate independently on project
