Legal & Compliance Counsel

What will you do?

As our Legal & Compliance Counsel, you will:
 

• Provide expert advice and guidance on legal and compliance matters impacting our business operations.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and directives.
• Take responsibility for accurate incident management and resolution.
• Support commercial transactions and negotiations, serving as the primary local contact for all legal inquiries.
• Draft and maintain policy and legal documents in accordance with local and European legislation, ensuring timely updates and adjustments.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with fresh energy and ambition to grow. You have excellent communication skills and you are a strong teamplayer. Willingness to learn about the Dutch law and policies is important.

Next to that you have:

• A master’s degree in law
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a lawyer and/or legal counsel, preferably in an international setting;
• Experience with drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts;
• Enthusiastic about learning more about compliance-related topics;
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical law and experience with project management is a plus;
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
