  • Create training materials, user guides and best-practice documentation
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting to maximize CRM usage

Business Partnering

  • Translate business questions into CRM solutions, dashboards and actionable insights
  • Support alignment between commercial strategy and CRM execution

Sales Force Effectiveness & Customer Engagement

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales force productivity and effectiveness
  • Support targeting, segmentation, call planning and activity optimization
  • Contribute to Customer Engagement Impact Plans (CEIP)
  • Enable effective omnichannel engagement strategies through CRM

Data & Governance

  • Ensure high-quality data standards, governance and compliance
  • Maintain CRM usage in line with pharma regulations and GDPR
  • Collaborate with global data and CRM teams to drive harmonization and improvements

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a critical commercial capability and help shape how teams engage with customers across the Benelux.

About Chiesi

We are Chiesi, a family company founded by Giacomo Chiesi. In 1935, Giacomo started making new medicines in his pharmacy in Parma. Now, 90 years later we are a team of more than 7,500 people united by one goal: making a real difference for patients.

Every day, we work side by side to develop new medicines and solutions for chronic lung diseases, transplants, respiratory problems in premature infants, and rare conditions. Many of our treatments are life-changing or lifesaving and we embrace the responsibility that comes with that. By turning science and insight into innovation, we move health forward and bring hope for a healthier, happier future.

In line with the values of the Chiesi family, where caring for each other and taking responsibility for the world around you are of paramount importance.
