Chiesi in the Nordic region - rapid and sustainable growth
Chiesi's Nordic subsidiaries are part of the international, family-owned pharmaceutical group Chiesi Group and are pharmaceutical companies operating within research and development, as well as manufacture of innovative drugs. Our therapeutic areas include respiratory diseases, neonatology, rare diseases and special care.
Chiesi in the Nordic region has an office in central Stockholm as well as a research and development department on Karolinska Institute's campus. This enables Chiesi to be a strong partner in the Swedish Life Science context and to work closely with the university and its research.

En Chiesi España buscamos incorporar una persona en prácticas al área de Medical Affairs y Patient Engagement de la Business Unit Special Care. Esta posición ofrece una excelente oportunidad para adquirir una visión global de la función médica dentro de la industria farmacéutica, combinando el aprendizaje científico con la participación en iniciativas centradas en el paciente.
La persona seleccionada se integrará en un entorno dinámico y multidisciplinar, colaborando con diferentes áreas de la organización y adquiriendo experiencia en proyectos científicos, generación de evidencia, actividades con profesionales sanitarios e iniciativas de valor para pacientes y asociaciones.
¿Qué podrás aprender y desarrollar?
Durante tu periodo de prácticas tendrás la oportunidad de:
• Participar en proyectos relacionados con la formación científica y médica de las áreas terapéuticas de Special Care.
• Conocer los procesos de planificación y coordinación de actividades científicas, incluyendo reuniones médicas, simposios, congresos y otras iniciativas de intercambio científico.
• Adquirir experiencia en actividades relacionadas con la investigación clínica y la generación de evidencia, colaborando en iniciativas vinculadas a estudios observacionales, ensayos clínicos e investigaciones impulsadas por investigadores (IIS).
• Familiarizarte con la colaboración científica con profesionales sanitarios y líderes de opinión (Key Opinion Leaders), comprendiendo su papel dentro del ecosistema sanitario.
• Obtener una visión práctica de la actividad desarrollada por los equipos de Medical Advisors y Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), así como de su interacción con otras áreas de la organización.
• Participar en proyectos transversales que permitan comprender el funcionamiento global de Medical Affairs dentro de una compañía farmacéutica internacional.
• Desarrollar habilidades de comunicación científica mediante la preparación de presentaciones, informes y materiales dirigidos a diferentes stakeholders internos.
• Colaborar en iniciativas de Patient Engagement, adquiriendo una visión práctica sobre las necesidades de los pacientes y el papel de las asociaciones de pacientes dentro del entorno sanitario.
• Participar en proyectos orientados a mejorar la experiencia del paciente y fomentar una mayor comprensión de su recorrido asistencial en las áreas terapéuticas de Special Care.
A lo largo de las prácticas adquirirás una visión integral de Medical Affairs y Patient Engagement, así como de su interacción con departamentos como Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations y otras áreas estratégicas de la compañía.
Perfil que buscamos
Formación
• Estudios universitarios en Ciencias de la Salud.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.

Buscamos una persona con interés por el ámbito científico y farmacéutico, sensibilidad hacia las necesidades de los pacientes y motivación por desarrollar su carrera en Medical Affairs.
