Purpose
You will contribute to the development of Chiesi’s Scientific Profile towards the Greek medical community by supporting the Medical and Commercial teams in providing solid information and analysis based on scientific data. You will join a team with the vision to act as a primary strategic driver and to impact the outcome for our patients and health care providers through science, patient journey-led innovation and shared value partnership.
Main Responsibilities
- Keep up to date with relevant clinical development/data of the products and the disease areas and act as an ‘’expert medical resource’’
- Provide a high quality, accurate and timely scientific advice (proactive or reactive based on the local code) to healthcare professionals regarding the company’s products and its associated disease areas
- Identify and develop professional relationships with the healthcare community and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), in the dedicated therapeutic areas
- Support Field Force and Marketing with scientific training and by responding to specific queries regarding marketed or in clinical development products
- Report and monitor feedback from HCPs on scientific issues
- Facilitate and support educational activities including advisory boards, speaker’s meetings and scientific presentations
- Support scientific pre-launch-activities in accordance with local legislative regulations
- Provide support to local and international trials/studies
- Participate in Corporate projects/teams and represent Chiesi at scientific events
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a field-based role with very good performance.
- Previous experience in Respiratory Field preferred
Education
A degree in Biology/Biochemistry/Medical Sciences or similar. Master's degree is considered an asset.
