Chiesi is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator Rare to join the dynamic Benelux Rare (Diseases) team. What will you do?
In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the market managers with planning, coordinating, and executing projects and events. You will ensure that marketing related projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
You also be responsible for managing digital channels and coordinating administrative processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid coordination skills and a proactive mindset who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
Furthermore, you will:
- Initiate, coordinate and support the execution of projects based on product and portfolio plans
- Take care of the planning and logistics for events, congresses, awareness days, and team activities
- Execute and monitor the Rare Benelux social media and website updates on a monthly basis
- Handle basic digital analytics (website/socials) and reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of operational processes: budget tracking, invoicing, approvals, and documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to make sure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and with international Chiesi teams
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

Who are we looking for?
A practical, well-organized team player who gets energy from making things happen. You have a hands-on mentality and strong planning and organizational skills. You enjoy supporting a team and know how to stay on top of details in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are key for this role.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or similar)
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience preferably within a network/knowledge organization
- Experience with project-based working and managing and coordinating projects and project members
- Familiarity with tools like CRM/ERP and digital platforms
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry is a plus
