What will you do?

 

As a Market Manager you arrange for an optimal customer process with high customer satisfaction levels among your own accounts. In doing so, you primarily arrange for market development and ensure that profitable, long-term customer relationships are established, maintained and preserved.

 

You improve Chiesi’s market position and thereby reinforces the brand externally by activities that include monitoring of market developments and trends, identifying opportunities and developing and implementing communication and product plans and promotional and informative tools.

 

Furthermore, you will: 

 

  • Develop short- and medium-term portfolio and product strategies aligned with the corporate vision, customer needs, and market insights.
  • Create the annual customer plan in line with portfolio strategy and corporate objectives.
  • Formulate communication strategy, implement and evaluate it and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage forecasts and planning, analyzes revenue data, and adjusts strategies based on insights.
  • Initiate market research to monitor customer trends and market developments.
  • Identify market opportunities and threats, focusing on innovation and an omnichannel marketing strategy.
  • Maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and stakeholders in collaboration with Medical and Market Access teams.
  • Evaluate brand policy, report to the management team and make adjustments when needed.
  • Provide input for the sales plan and sales forecast, targeting regional and national networks.
  • Analyze market dynamics and sales figures, prepares reports, and manages accounts.
  • Maintain regular customer contact, presents Chiesi's services and products, and prioritizes customer-centricity.
  • Support market development and contributes to omnichannel marketing, including event planning and marketing materials.

Who are we looking for?

 

As a market manager you have the flexibility to tailor your role in marketing, sales, and market access to your preferences. In your role you know how to prioritize and communicate on different levels. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are key for this role.

 

Furthermore you have:

 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent by experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a marketing, sales or medical role;
  • Experience in rare diseases is preferred;
  • Experience with market development and marketing trajectories;
  • Experience with long sales trajectories and multi-level communication; 
  • Experience with systematic working and project management and coordination;
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Dutch healthcare landscape.
