Are you the business card we are looking for for our office in Schiphol? Do you get energy from organizing and arranging? And are you looking for a versatile supporting challenge? Chiesi Benelux, part of the international Chiesi Group, is looking for a representative and service-oriented Front Office Employee to strengthen our team.

What will you do?

 

As a Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers and visitors. You ensure a warm welcome and a professional first impression of our organization. You report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with all departments.


In addition, you provide secretarial support to the assigned department. You plan and prepare appointments, meetings and events, set the agenda and maintain contact with the various vendors. You also arrange hotel reservations and business trips.


You take care of the entire Purchase Request (PR)/Purchase Order (PO) process and handle financial and administrative matters.


You organize the logistics and procurement of the required products and services, and put together travel programs.


Your main tasks:

  • Professional handling of incoming telephone calls
  • Warmly receive and guide visitors
  • Manage the central e-mailbox
  • Support with various administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Facilitate meetings and events
  • Ensure a representative reception area

Who are we looking for

 

We are looking for someone with energy and good organizational skills. You take responsibility, work efficiently and accurately. Organizing and planning is your second nature and you are structured and service-oriented. Proactive communication and accuracy are crucial for this role. You are also welcome to apply if you do not have experience in a similar role, but have gained experience during your training.


In addition, you have:

  • At least a MBO diploma 
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
