Who we are looking for

Purpose

This Omnichannel Marketing Partner will develop integrated marketing strategies that enhance the reach and impact of our cardiovascular (CV) product lines. They will also support the development and evolution of our omnichannel ecosystem at a franchise level. This role requires a deep and nuanced understanding of digital marketing, an obsessive curiosity about customer engagement, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams. The ideal candidate would be able to support our hybrid work environment from Cary, NC office. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: 
    • Design and lead the implementation of omnichannel CV product campaigns in alignment with brand strategies.
    • Provide data-driven insights and digital expertise to evolve product strategies.
    • Support the continued evolution of our franchise omnichannel ecosystem by establishing new channels/connections and optimizing processes.
  • Insights, Analytics, and Measurement: 
    • Define, measure, and report KPIs to understand content, channel, and campaign performance.
    • Partner with analytics teams to measure ROI and the impact of digital engagements.
    • Integrate insights into product management and content development workstreams to optimize brand performance.
  • Omnichannel Activation:
    • Analyze customer journey maps to identify key moments for campaign execution.
    • Connect omnichannel experiences through data and automation.
    • Manage a digital library of personalized/dynamic content, ensuring compliance with Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing communications, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
     

Experience Required

Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, omnichannel principles, and digital marketing technology.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing customer-centric experiences within a digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive decision through interpreting and reporting data.
  • Familiarity with the content review process/workflows.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience Preferred:

  • Significant experience in the healthcare/biotech industries.
  • Experience with social media, influencer, or digital opinion-leader marketing.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical MLR review processes and FDA guidelines on digital pharma promotion.
  • Experience with AI tools for marketing/analytic/creative applications.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, particularly Veeva PromoMats/DAM.
     

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field. Applicable work experience also acceptable.
