Job Mision ​

The Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of the assigned Business Units, by providing strategic HR expertise and operational excellence. This position will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.​

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic HR Partnership:​

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders to understand the business strategy needs of the Business Units.​
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.​
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR solutions that drive business performance and enhance employee engagement.​
  • Work with the leaders and employees across the functions to develop/maintain high levels of engagement to ensure business goals.​
  • Support activities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.​

 

HR Operations:​

  • Oversee HR operations for the Air Business Unit, Special Care Business Unit & Business Excellence and Customer Engagement area including compensation and benefits, employee data management, and HR reporting.​
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.​
  • Manage HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.​
  • Lead and manage offboarding processes, such as exit interviews, feedback collection, and termination procedures; with a focus on continuous improvement and retention insights.​

Qualifications and Skills​

 

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.​
  • Proven experience (5 years or more) as an HR Business Partner in a complex, multinational organization.​
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.​
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.​
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.   ​
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.​
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics like SuccessFactors.​
  • Availability to travel regularly within Spain (and occasionally abroad).​
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).​
