Job Mision
The Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of the assigned Business Units, by providing strategic HR expertise and operational excellence. This position will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders to understand the business strategy needs of the Business Units.
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance on a range of HR issues, including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR solutions that drive business performance and enhance employee engagement.
- Work with the leaders and employees across the functions to develop/maintain high levels of engagement to ensure business goals.
- Support activities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operations for the Air Business Unit, Special Care Business Unit & Business Excellence and Customer Engagement area including compensation and benefits, employee data management, and HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and manage offboarding processes, such as exit interviews, feedback collection, and termination procedures; with a focus on continuous improvement and retention insights.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years or more) as an HR Business Partner in a complex, multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics like SuccessFactors.
- Availability to travel regularly within Spain (and occasionally abroad).
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
