Chiesi Spain is seeking a candidate to join its Business Excellence & Business Development department. Grow with us by becoming our BECE Business Partner.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and develop scenarios to design an optimized and efficient sales team structure.
Create and implement promotional grids and incentive plans aligned with the brand strategy.
Calculate quotas and territorial allocations to achieve national sales targets.
Evaluate and calculate incentive payments, using insights to guide future strategies.
Gather and assess key business unit (BU) needs for essential information, including comprehensive 360° business analysis: sales/market performance, CEIP, investment analysis, SoB, and VoC monitoring.
Collaborate with CRM and PowerBI specialists to design, maintain, and evolve dashboards for superior 360° business monitoring.
Lead the Business Review process by providing critical data and insights that inform BU and brand action plans, ensuring a holistic 360° business perspective.

 

Academic Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
