Critical Care Medical Manager / Therapeutic Area Medical Lead

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine or pharmacy, MD/PhD (Preferably expert/experience in the respective Therapeutic Area)
• 4-5 years of medical affairs experience (Matrix management with industry experience)
• Experienced in Pharmacovigilance and clinical operations
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced command of English, both written and verbal
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels (field force, office-based employees, internal/external partners and peers)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop, implement and execute short and long term medical goals and tactics, with an emphasis on pharmacotherapeutical aspects and with an understanding of business priorities and customer needs
• Strategic leadership role to provide medical knowledge and scientific update within the therapy areas for external and internal stakeholders & scientific information management, data generation and dissemination 
• Lead the scientific collaboration with selected healthcare professional (External experts) within the therapy area with the objectives of educational programs
• Internal training and maintaining scientific expertise within the cross-functional team
• Lead the development and roll-out of local medical tactical plans
• Attracts, develops and retains experts within the therapeutic areas medical team
