Main Responsibilities

  • Designing personalized multichannel campaigns (F2F, remote, web, events, DEM, partners).
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to plan and improve upcoming campaigns.
  • Implementing and optimizing campaigns
  • Participating in omnichannel activities related to corporate websites and internal initiatives.
  • Defining campaign KPIs and monitoring their performance.
  • Cooperation with marketing in selecting the best multi-channel promotion tools for each project (e-marketing tools, customer applications, social media channels, email marketing and various models of online campaigns),
  • Implementation of projects according to the agreed budget, schedule and evaluation indicators (KPIs).
  • Supplier supervision regarding the implementation and implementation of multi-channel promotion projects assessing the effectiveness of multi-channel promotion projects and preparing key conclusions regarding the analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects,
  • Deploying and developing applications, implementing and developing tools (intranet, company website, social media),
  • Training of Product Managers on new technologies and solutions in the field of multi-channel promotion

 

Requirements:

  • University degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Digital, or a related field)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Omnichannel/Digital roles within companies or agencies/consulting firms
  • Strong skills in omnichannel campaign management, data analysis, KPI setting, and customer profiling
  • Advanced MS Office (MS Excel and PowerBI) skills and solid CRM knowledge
  • Passion for Digital Marketing combined with a proactive, “can-do” mindset
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including experience facilitating workshops
  • Advanced English
  • Nice to have: experience in the medical industry.
