Who we are looking for
Purpose
This position serves as one of the primary Talent Acquisition Partners for designated functions and is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and hiring top talent. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and identify exceptional talent to achieve our business goals. Additionally, this role involves the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This is a fully remote CONTRACT role for 6-12 months.
Main Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
- Candidate Recruitment and Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to recruit and attract top talent.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior management to understand their hiring needs and forecast future recruitment requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term recruitment strategies and talent pipelines to align with the company's business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and report on talent acquisition performance.
- Advisory Role: Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing expertise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Global TA to strengthen the employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct compensation and benefits analyses to maintain competitive and fair salary offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal and state laws, as well as internal policies.
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Contingent Labor Management: Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for contingent labor and consultants, including purchase orders and payment processing.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
- Project Management: Lead talent-related projects, such as employment branding initiatives and recruitment technology enhancements.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to hiring managers and the talent acquisition team on effective recruitment techniques and tools.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mid to senior-level recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience supporting talent acquisition during a commercial build or pharmaceutical product launch, including hiring for sales, marketing, medical affairs, and market access roles in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and executive presence.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and multifunctional resources concurrently while maintaining high attention to detail while responding to rapidly changing priorities and aggressive deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), Adobe.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within the Talent Acquisition field.
