Senior Financial Specialist

Chiesi is an international original pharmaceutical company with in-house development and production of original medicines, mainly in the field of respiratory diseases, but also in the field of orphan diseases and others diseases.

Currently we are looking for an experienced, reliable colleague with an interest to learn and develop, to join our small team located in Prague, Czech Republic.

What would be your job description:

• Support during the planning period for all CC owners
• Providing accruals checking
• Preparation of variance analysis
• SAP administration – PR/PO
• Administration of attendance system (time@work)
• Supporting SK affiliate in case of variance analysis, planning, checking of PR/PO process
• Managerial reporting
• Period-end Closing Process
• Analyze & Reconcile P&L / BS Accounts
• Third Party Management (auditors, tax advisors, statistics, Bank etc.)
• Financial Statements preparation
• Cooperation on SOPs creation
• Support in case of audit proces
• Conducting physical inspections of property
• Preparation of reports for the statistical office
• Fleet management
• IT management
• Other activities and support to financial manager

What requirements you should meet:

• University degree
• 5+ years of experience in finance/controlling/audit
• perfect knowledge of Czech language
• Good knowledge of English (B2 - frequent communication with headquarters)
• Analytical reasoning, precision, attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of working with SAP (FI, CO) an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and especially MS Excel
