Who are we looking for:
For our Medical team in Czech Republic we are looking for experienced Medical Advisor, who will be responsible for both Czech Republic&Slovakia.
This role reports directly to the Head of Medical Affair and is part of the local medical department. This role requires an ambitious and pro-active person who is aware of the importance of his/her medical responsibility and integrity. He/she must be willing and capable to translate data related to Chiesi’s products to the marketplace in medical terms. This role requires a strong, visible communicator, who understands the medical process, the clinical trials and regulatory process. He/she must be a trusted and respected, influential, and convincing counterpart of (key) opinion leaders in the local market. Enjoys and is experienced in discussing research data with physicians. In addition, it is essential that he/she is a self- starter with a high level of motivation whilst possessing the ability to work
Your responsibilities:
- Develop educational materials, presentations, and training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute medical insights to market access strategies, including health economics, reimbursement, and pricing decisions.
- Training for both office staff and sales representatives, product training, indications, and therapeutic fields for Respiratory
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights, feedback, and endorsements.
- Consultation and proof reading of promotional materials
We would prefer for you to have
- Education: University degree in the field of medicine, biology, biotechnology, psychology, or pharmacy
- Experience in the same or similar position min.2+ years
- Knowledge of the therapeutic areas of interest to Chiesi (especially Pulmonology)
- Working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance
- Knowledge of EMA Code of Practice and local codes
- Working knowledge of the regulations pertaining to phase II/III/IV clinical study management and conduct
- Understanding of the National Health System (NHS) and key initiatives for Pharma to partner effectively within the scope of the Code of Practice
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and local language (Czech or Slovak language)
- Location: Prague or near to Prague
