Chiesi CCO - Commercial Organization

Following the continued growth of the Company and the increasing portfolio complexity, Chiesi decided to introduce the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role and organization. The new organization is a truly global operating model, ensuring a uniform approach across all geographies (30 affiliates worldwide). The CCO Organization includes Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Global Value & Access and all the commercial functions of every affiliate.

 

Who we are looking for

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand customer perspective and develop strategic guidelines to ensure the growth of respiratory portfolio and to meet customer needs.
  • Creation and development of omnichannel activities based on customer need and the respiratory portfolio priorities
  • Contribute to the definition of customers plans, with specific reference to the strategy definition; personas and journeys finetuning; strategic initiatives
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the portfolio
  • Respiratory Global Team coordination (all the affiliates are involved 3 times per years in meetings with the aim to discuss on the core topics ad share experience, ideas/perspectives)
  • Responsible of the internal training to corporate and affiliates colleagues

Experience Required

At least 4 years of experience in marketing (at global or local level)

Education

Master’s degree in life science or marketing; preferred qualificationis the Master in digital marketing.
