Who we are looking for


Be the voice of Global Human Resources Organization and Global Strategy Department towards our employees globally at every level, deploying internal communication strategies that motivate and inspire employees, spreading out our vision, strategy, culture and our values globally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Global Human Resources Organization and Global Strategy Department to understand their strategic plans, priorities and needs; support business leaders in prioritizing messages and translate them into meaningful communication plans and actions, in alignment with Chiesi Narrative, B-Corp, Company Values and Company Visual Identity.
  • Implement an internal communication strategy and plan that will aim to support the dissemination of the Group's culture, values and Vision, ensuring consistency with the Global Narrative as well as deployment in compliance with our Visual identity rules and guidelines
  • Co-develop with Global HR internal engagement strategies that motivate and inspire employees, building awareness and nurturing pride
  • Contribute to the employee journey, building a variety of storytelling content through different mediums and channels while sourcing and pitching story ideas (from briefing drafting to co-managing approvals and delivery) to help the Chiesi internal community embrace our company culture.
  • Colaborate with business leaders to prioritize actions/resolve conflicts and cooperate with affiliates communicators to ensure global plans are executed locally, offering professional advice to local colleagues and ensuring their feedback is brought back to global.
  • Manage operational communication activities connected to possible crisis involving the functions supported, under the guidance of the Head of Internal Communication, Crisis & Events and in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to the identification of Agencies supporting internal communication activities and nurture the relationships. 

Experience Required

At least 5 years of experience in the field of Internal Communication in multinational companies. 


Degree in Communication / Journalism / Humanistic Studies or related fields with a specialization / on-the-job experience in Communication. Master Degree will be considered a plus.


Fluent English both written and spoken

  • Very strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Previous work experience developing communication strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Being a storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives in support of our business strategy.
