Who we are looking for


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Finance and Controlling Team of the International Markets Development Division (IMDD). Covering the role of Junior Controller (Intern), the candidate has the responsibility to provide reliable and diversified support for monthly closing and planning activities by joining the project of processes re-shape and streamlining on which the Team is working on. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good disposition to work and deal with many international stakeholders and solid knowledge of MS Office (strong Excel expertise will be considered a plus). We love entrepreneurial people that take responsibilities from Day-1, and strive to achieve their goals. During your 6 months internship, you will put your hands-on different challenges, experiencing what it means to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is located in Chiesi Headquarters, in Parma.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support to Finance Team concerning the main financial processes, such as Planning, Monthly Closing and Reporting, Year-End Closing;
  • Assistance on specific analysis to track business performances and to support business opportunities;
  • Contribution on modernizing the reporting data processing to speed up and enhance the processes and improve data analysis.


Master's degree in Economics, Finance or similar. A period of study abroad will be considered a plus.


Fluent written and verbal English.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point);
  • Familiarity with Accounting and Statistical principles is considered a plus.
