Chiesi CCO - Commercial Organization
Following the continued growth of the Company and the increasing portfolio complexity, Chiesi decided to introduce the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role and organization. The new organization is a truly global operating model, ensuring a uniform approach across all geographies (30 affiliates worldwide). The CCO Organization includes Global Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Global Value & Access and all the commercial functions of every affiliate.
Who we are looking for
Purpose
Under the supervision of the Customer Success & Projects Lead, the intern will support the main global marketing activities and processes planned in the Respiratory & Primary Care Franchise, liaising with Global and local functions - main focus will be on the TOP 5 European Affiliates.
Main Activities
• Enable the implementation of the key global activities and strategic initiatives within the Affiliates in strong cooperation with functions.
• Build periodic Affiliates’ performance reports with relevant sales info and deep-dive analysis if needed.
• Assist in the management of internal meetings and in the preparation and follow up of international meetings with Affiliates’ main stakeholders. Active participation will be required
• Support Affiliates whenever will be needed acting as a point of contacts in case of queries.
Education
Degree in Economics or scientific disciplines (CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology). Master degree in Marketing/Business and Pharma MKTG is a plus.
Languages
English: Excellent level. Study experience abroad is a plus.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of the Marketing principles, good scientific knowledge and strong analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of the Office package
