Who we are looking for


As part of our commitment to keeping Chiesi colleagues engaged and informed, we are seeking a motivated intern to support us in crafting and executing communication plans on the company's strategies, tactics, operations and opportunities and to contribute to spreading the Chiesi culture.  The resource will also work closely with the Internal Communication team on the execution of Corporate events

Main Activities

• Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies.
• Utilize and manage various internal communication channels including Intranet, digital signage, O365 tools such as Viva Engage and Teams, as well as printed materials.
• Support the organization of corporate events such as Global Townhall and Annual Meeting.
• Help ensure consistency with the Group's visual identity across all communication materials.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for improving internal communication effectiveness.
• Conduct research on best practices in internal communication and propose innovative solutions.
• Update the global communication calendar and manage the meetings’ agendas.
• Work with internal stakeholders to elaborate and execute communication plans related to specific projects within Chiesi.


Degree in Communication, Foreign languages. Other qualifications with specialisation in the field will be considered. 


Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of basic communication techniques

• Mastery of the Microsoft O365 suite.

Contract and Benefit
