Chiesi Research & Development
Our R&D team represents a fundamental asset for the business. It is divided into integrated functional areas focusing on pipeline projects including discovery and preclinical research, global technical development, drug delivery technology, clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, intellectual property, quality assurance, R&D project and portfolio management. Headquartered in the new purpose-built and fully integrated Research and Development Centre in Parma (Italy), the team also has important operations in Paris (France), Chippenham (UK), Cary (US), Stockholm (Sweden), Toronto (Canada) and Shanghai (China).
Who we are looking for
This is what you will do
The R&D Assistant Intern supports the R&D General Management function in the coordination and organization of administrative and operational activities, providing assistance in agenda management, travel arrangements, meetings organization and department support activities. Collaborating with the other assistant (RDGM, SPDD, GRAPS and QA) at the Paolo Chiesi R&D Campus, the intern contributes to the smooth execution of department processes and cross-functional activities.
You’ll be involved in:
- Supporting FA colleagues in arranging travel, visas, transfers, accommodation and reimbursement via company tools;
- Organizing and maintaining agenda of FA Head and calling major FA and Cross functional meetings;
- Handling off-site department meetings & relevant contracts;
- Management of colleagues’ congress participations, sponsorship and memberships;
- Purchase of office & stationary material including IT material;
- Archiving activities;
- Handling & keeping updated the department area in C-Share;
- Supporting documentation flow in GRAPS (signatures, contact with notary’s office)
You will need to have
- Master's Degree in economics, international business (or equivalent).
- Good command of Package Office and Outlook
- Fluent English (spoken and written). An study experience aborad will be consider a plus
- Basic understanding of administration and/or budget coordination
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach
Contract and Benefit:
6 months internship
