Chiesi Corporate Functions
At Chiesi, the Corporate Functions serve as drive and support for the Group’s business operations. Encompassing key areas such as Global Finance, Global Procurement, Global ICT, Global Human Resources, Global Legal, Compliance & IP, and Global Communications & Public Affairs, these functions ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational integrity.
Complementing these functions, the Transformation Office is responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of the organization. It promotes an integrated, digital, and customer-centric approach, supporting growth, efficiency, and value creation in an increasingly data-driven world. The Transformation Office ensures coherence between vision and execution, acting as a catalyst for change across the entire organization.
The Strategy, Sustainability & Growth Department is also part of the Corporate Functions. It includes areas such as Global Strategy, SV&S and Business Development, Competitive Intelligence, and other key capabilities. It is accountable for defining the ‘One Chiesi’ Strategy and allocating resources to create long-term, sustainable, shared value for the Group and its stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
This is what you will do
Cost controller will operate within Industrial Controlling team and with the supervision of Parma controlling lead. The candidate will be focused on overall Quality costs and with the possibility to develop ad hoc reporting and collaborate with finance colleagues to monthly closing activities.
You’ll be involved in following activities:
- cost monitoring activities and comparison with what was planned.
- analysis of the progress of expenditure and amounts committed relating to investment initiatives is also required.
- providing data to the managers of the various areas and to the Management Control department to make them aware of the trends in expenditure / investments.
- in the planning phase, you will work closely to plant controller to provide all the data
You will need to have
Degree in finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering.
Good knowledge of financial statements and accounting techniques
Use of Microsoft Office applications (advanced use of Excel and Power Point in particular)
Fluent English written and spoken. An study experience aborad will be consider a plus
Analytical skills, Attention to details, Planning and organizational skills
