Air and Care Franchise
Within the three Business Units (Discover more here), Air and Care Franchises are responsible for the development and implementation of the Therapeutic Area Strategies. Each Franchise is organized by stage of development with fully empowered and enhanced teams of: Pipeline Development Team - focused on delivering innovation and programs leadership accountabilities in close collaboration with R&D, Commercial Portfolio Management Team - focused on maximizing the benefit for the patients and the full potential of marketed / close-to-launch assets, including Life Cycle Management strategies.
Air and Care Franchises are also supported by the Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Business Excellence & Customer Experience Global functions.

Within these departments, you will actively support the Air and Care Franchises businesses. These units are responsible for the development and implementation of the Therapeutic Area Strategies. Each Franchise is organized by stage of development with fully empowered and enhanced teams of: Pipeline Development and Commercial Portfolio Management.
Who we are looking for
Context
CARE Franchise is one of the 3 business areas of Chiesi, focused on providing therapeutic solutions impacting patients in critical moments of their life and helping people in their journey for better health. The Franchise is responsible for:
Evelopment and implementation of the “end to end” Therapeutic Area Strategies, including growth strategies, Pipeline development and Commercial Portfolio management, and resource allocation within the Franchise.
The Franchise has full accountability for setting and delivering the short- and long-term Global P&L through collaboration with the Regions.
Within the CARE Franchise, the Global Pipeline Development Department is focused on the strategic development of the franchise by:
• leading the Franchise strategy process consistently with One Chiesi Strategy;
• assessing new inorganic growth opportunities from a strategic and commercial perspective and providing early commercial leadership to pipeline projects;
• planning and preparing the launch of new assets enriching CARE portfolio.

Main Activities
The intern will be involved and exposed to ongoing strategic projects that Commercial Business Partner China & Int Region is conducting:
• analyzing commercial opportunities, such as market trends, identifying potential areas for growth, and assessing the competitive landscape
• monitoring the performance of our portfolio across countries in scope: tracking sales data
• Ad hoc Analysis – responsible ad hoc analytic projects based on the requests from Finance, Marketing, Early Commercial Strategy, and Business Excellence.
• Help management team to identify opportunities and threats through analytics.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges that may arise. Provide quick and insightful analysis in response to urgent and unforeseen market developments.
• Assist in managing and configuring CRM (VEEVA, IQVIA), and marketing operations systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and IT ticketing system (Zendesk, SNow]
•Participate in the research, development, configuration, and implementation of solutions to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Support and collaborate with multiple teams such as Data Analytics, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Medical Affairs on project requirements, timelines, adjustments, feasibility, feedback, and testing.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Standing Operating Procedure documents (SOPs) to detail project requirements and flow of data/information across systems.
• Assist with data entry, assessment, and maintenance of CRM systems.
• Build standard and ad hoc reporting and metrics to support business needs.
• Communicate effectively and timely with end users on requests, incident tickets, and resolutions.
• Develop Service catalogue for the Application’s Support & Administration, stakeholder mapping and define service level agreements.

Education
Master's students in Economics, Genaral Management
Languages
Fluent in English. Sudy experience abroad will be consider a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools in particular Excel and PowerPoint,
Basic knowledge of Programming languages: JAVA, HTML, SQL, Python will be consider a plus
